Are you doing? I applied like a candidate recently like almost 2 months I submitted all documents they need when checkers has sent.

The report was clear but has no my driver license so leave it unable to identify my identity so I send them bills and stuff like that with Customer services like Support team and he didn't react with me so now I have the same problem.

I know I am qualified I have no problem but check it when I talk to them. They said to me they cannot run for me background check again without organisation they can get order from Lyft not from me when I talk to lift team they said to me, your account account is suspended for no reason that's not my fault I didn't I did my best I sent all my documents, so the mistake that happened I'm not responsible for so when I talk to them no one gave me reason behind that the unable to talk to me, I sent to them my bills, everything so many prove to approve myself, but they refuse to react to make any action the situation Thank you so much

User's recommendation: My recommendation for future to be very flexible with customers and candidate at the same time to be very professional so small things to be a problem between in between so it's really problematic if something and complete have to take a reaction or two do another process to solve the problem, but this is somebody for no reason for me. He doesn't make any sense. Anyway I'm not going to involve the policy of company but I try to say something logical thank you so much guys. God bless you

I am very annoyed that Lyft Flexdrive has not paid me my earned pay since I submitted it on March 6, 2024. Corporate needs to get involved NOW. It's enough l returned your rental vehicle back early and I must wait 2 weeks for my partial deposit of $350 but to hold my earned pay all this time is illegal!!! Where is my pay Lyft???

Hi, my name is Patricia Quezada and I am reporting an incident that occurred a day ago on Monday evening. One of your drivers claimed that I damaged her vehicle but I was only in her car for five minutes.

I live down the road from my destination. unfortunately I am disabled and Uber and Lyft are my only way to get around independently. What happened was I didnt know that she falsely accused me of damaging her vehicle until the next morning when it showed up on my bank statement. She sat in my driveway range for 20 minutes I didnt think anything about it but now looking back I wouldve question why is she still sitting there?

Did she hit her car? Did she get a flat tire? I didnt know I didnt know anything was wrong because she didnt bring up any concern to me and I was outside on the phone looking for some stuff in my bag, but my neighborhood is extremely dark and so I thought that maybe she needed some help.. I didnt think anything about it.

I minded my own business and then she falsely accuse me of ripping into her furniture.

I could not have done that in the matter of five minutes nor would I have ever done that. I am a five star writer and Ive been writing with you guys for over 2 1/2 almost 3 years, thats not fair Im being falsely accused and I want to talk to a representative because I want to dispute this I want to get this off of my record and I want to get my money back they charged me $150 for damages I did not cause I am not that type of person nor would I ever do that.

Hi!

I am writing to you to inform you that on March 1, 2024 at 7:43 p.m., Luis the driver canceled our trip by charging us the cancellation fees because we were supposedly not there, where we were supposed to be (arrivals gate 3 at miami airport).

We waited for the driver to arrive but he never showed up at arrivals gate 3. When the seconds countdown said he would be there in a few seconds, I received a message saying the trip had been canceled by the driver.

Moments later, I received an email saying I had to pay a cancellation fee because we weren't there. As I said, we were there and I never saw him or his car.

I then ordered another driver to gate 3 arrivals at Miami airport (we never moved from our location) and another driver (David) came to pick us up at 8:13 p.m. at gate 3 arrivals at miami airport.

Same place where I ordered the 1st Lyft.

Even though it's not a lot of money, I don't want to pay the cancellation fee because it wasn't my fault. The driver never showed up on site and he wants to make it our fault.

I had scheduled a Lyft this morning for 8:00 The Driver Arrived Early In Which I had until 8:05 to go outside to the car I went outside at 7:55 the driver wasnt out there I called to see where she was she said she left because I didnt answer my phone so I didnt get charged for that my fair was like $25 for the schedule ride so after she canceled I had to get another Lyft which was $62 I think I was over charged and she didnt wait for me I was on time she canceled and I had to spend money I didnt have l dont think thats fair so I want a discount
