I didnt schedule a ride

My phone is cracked really bad an it glitcheda scedualed a ride I didnt know until the guy was here i didn't scedual it now im 17$ less for a ride i didjt 1 take an 2 scedual. It was to late I didnt even know there was a ride until he was out side my house

User's recommendation: Don't leave your credit card attached lyft might charge you even uf uts an accident.

My phone (which was verified) cannot call a passenger, as it says that it has not been verified

Various times when Im picking up a passenger, Ive had to call them (maybe theyre in the wrong place or they moved or changed pickup location) and instead of the call going to e passenger, it goes to a recorded message saying that Im using a phone that hasnt been verified. My phone HAS BEEN verified and this an be a very bad situation. Last night I got a call from a passenger waiting to be picked up but the app had a totally different pick up. This is NOT GOOD and totally unacceptable! I signed off after that last ride and havent been back on yet.

The drive didnt pick me up

I gave the driver directions &;;; he went to the wrong location. I called him 2 times & spoke to him once, verbally giving directions. He confirmed where to pick me up, but he cancelled the ride & charged me 5.00.

NEED MY REFUND

Lyft could not find a driver to pick me up waited 30 min still Lyft trying to find a driver cancelled ride now were is my refund

User's recommendation: Use pay pal to Lyft so they don’t still your money.

Hey I received an overcharge of $41.70 for a lyft that was cancelled and I received a messaged that when I cancelled it they wouldn’t be charging me any money
