I was charged 94$ for a 27$ ride . I need my money back. I was picked up from 1028 Tealwood Drive and dropped off at 110 maxwell and it says I went to Hampton which is incorrect.

It's nearly impossible to contact lyft without your phone. Lyft will only contact your phone. Lyft sucks donkey ***

Well maybe if you tell your parents right away that you lost your phone they won't be so angry. But you can only be angry at yourself for being careless.

Also if you think that Uber is better.

Think again. There are many children such as yourself who blame Uber when they leave their stuff behind and expect to be helped right away.

Some neighborhood scooter renters have been abandoning their scooters locked to my fence in front of my house. I call and text Lyft support and they have been very responsive in taking my complaint and in coming within a reasonable time to remove the scooter.

I scheduled a ride on Saturday for Sunday morning at six to the airport. I got a reminder at five am. At 6:17 I there was no indication a ride was coming. I had to call Uber And thankfully was able to secure a ride within 15 minutes. We arrived at airport with minutes to spare. Do not use them if the ride is important!

I have been charged for $24.99 and $8.53 at Lyft yesterday one minute from each other and the Lyft app keeps trying to charge my card today with a transaction of $25 dollars and another ten minutes ago of one cents to charge my card for rides I havent took or charging my for I dont know what honestly! I really think this was supposed to hold and now have some error where its charging my card I have proof from my back of all the times I was charged and I have proof of my ride history Lyft been over charging me yesterday and try to today I just looked and it looks like you guys owe me that whole charge of $8.53 and I owe you a penny that App say and I dont know how but Im dropping down my proof please give me what you owe me in the name of Jesus.

Took 3 Lyft rides, however, 4 transactions came through my bank. The charge Im questioning is $9.99 but the other three rides were around 7.50. Someone from Lyft did return my call, but I was unavailable. Will contact Lyft again tomorrow to discuss further about how to proceed. I dont expect to get any of my money back
