Lyft driver canceled pickup and I was charged
Lyft driver called to cancel my pickup saying I was out of their range to drop me off . I was then charged for pickup for ride that I never received for under $9.11 to Lissette. I was force to call again for another Lyft ride to be dropped off at my home.

There needs to be service line to correct this and show driver cancel service instead of billing. I had to call another Lyft driver to make it home that day which was inconvenience and time waiting.

Your scooters are blocking the sidewalk regularly.

Lyft - Your scooters are blocking the sidewalk regularly.
The sidewalk is too narrow to allow your s posters to be parked on the sidewalks 1315 park road is too narrow a sidewalk for scooter parking. There is a bike locks two door down at 13 and park. But these people are using your scooters to duck with me.

Problemas al conectar

Cuando llego donde esta el pasajero no me deja deslizar que llegue y estando ya el pasajero arriba el carro dicen ellos que les Marca que aun estoy lejoa necesito y solo en la pantalla de mi telefono dice que mi cuenta esta en riesgo aparte solo me dice sigue manejando y las opciones que salen lo unico que puedo poner es problemas con el GPS por eso no he querido manejar hasta que me den una respuesta uds.

To get charges & time to 2 destinations

My Apologies Im not pissed with Lyft I was trying to find a direct communication a person to talk to to get charges 4 people with luggage Traveling to NY wanted to know what cost would be from JFK to our hotel and then from our hotel to cruise ship & set up reservation now instead of calling & waiting when we arrive Plus maybe couple of other rides but those would happen as needed

It is physically impossible to actually speak to a human being about customer service. It has been 3 days of sending messages and trying to find people to call to get a refund for an absolutely horrible ride, and nobody has responded to me despite commitments from multiple representatives that someone would address my problems. I am livid.

Well for years I been going to the same place, this was July 1st. I was picked up from my place 415 Cockney Ct at 1:36p.m. Dropped off at 1:41p.m. At 10610 Stockdale Hwy, for $$9.82 picked up at 10650 Stockdale Hwy at 2:39 p.m. to my place 415 Cockney Ct at 2:45 for $31.92. I dont understand why for many years never paid that much ever , I dont think the price is right!!!
