Your scooters are blocking the sidewalk regularly.
- Scooters are left all over and they are parking them to duck
- Poor service and no one to talk with or make it right
- Scooters are left in the way constantly

There needs to be service line to correct this and show driver cancel service instead of billing. I had to call another Lyft driver to make it home that day which was inconvenience and time waiting.
