Unsafe driver

Lyft - Unsafe driver
Driver in a red Toyota Camry, Oregon license plate number 21622 driving erratically on I 205. Driver did not use blinker when traveling into the right lane and almost ran into my husband and I. Very scary.

My account has been desactivated

After a report from Uber where I was wrongfully accuse with no facts, ,discriminated and deactivated my account from lyft account was deactivated. What can I do to acctived after 2 years and some change working with you.

Customer service rude and nothing was resolved I tried several times to get real person and cant saved the messages that are rude

Wrongful charge to my account.

Lyft canceled my ride at last minute.

I booked a ride to LAX with Lyft and they cancelled the ride at last minute. We missed our flight and paid penalty to ebook it for next day.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE LYFT.

Discuss a lyft reservation that did not show up

Need to discuss why my lyft ride canceled on me at the last minute..I reserved it 7 days prior arriving at ECP airport.

Lyft drivers are independent contractors using their own personal vehicles and paying for their own gasoline. They are free to accept and cancel rides at will.

But just as a side note: if they cancel too many, Lyft will drop them as a driver.

It would have been pricey, but you would have been better off reserving a sedan from a limo type service. They would not have cancelled on you (but it would have cost probably 3xs the amount).

I am disputing a $6.55 charge for a no show fee when I was literally standing in the road directly in front of the 37 main establishment which was the pick up location in Buford.The driver did not pull up to pick us up. Nowhere in sight. I requested a ride from that spot and did not move. Waited. Then driver cancelled and a new driver was assigned and the driver went to pick us up at the drop off location. Hello!? I am disputing that charge of $9.99 because Danielle was at fault and charged me a ride fee. Uncool.

No way to contact anyone I ordered a lift for my granddaughter it never came they charged my card and now this morning my card has been charged 6 more times for a lift that we never received you people owe me over $60 in Lyft charges and I want my money and theres no phone number to contact anyone

Bad experience with you

This morning call for a ride the first driver never show up it says it will in 7 minute and he never show up and send me another driver that was ok. But I scheduled for ride in 15 minute. But Im complaining about the service when scheduled for driver at the time Im supposed have driver at that time. I was late to work and this inseparable for that I sure get a free ride because I was late to work

When it comes too finding our apartment even though my daughter contacted the driver via text he still canceled her ride he almost hit her exiting the complex we live in then your company had the audacity too put a hold on her bank account for a substantial amount of money this is extremely disrespectful and she did nothing wrong she not only tried too contact the driver via text and phone calls in her account it states that the apartments are called the watermark and they are located behind the fire station
