I just received a complaint regarding a ride about safety issues. I have been using LYFT for several years. I have never had issues before. The driver never said they had an issue. I am disabled and this is the only transportation I use for medical appts. etc. I need this service. This is my second complaint and I don't understand why. Could you please contact me regarding this. What was the complaint?

My bank account shows I was charged 26 dollars for a ride I didn't take that ride got cancelled because the app couldn't find me a driver because it was snowing real bad.

My sister requested a lyft ride there was an issue was his car. He wanted her to do I'd heard to do another lift that he called her she was impossible. So he gave her a credit. She went to use the credit today and the lift rider wanted her to have a seat for her 5 year old so the lyft rider canceled the ride. It. She now has a cancelation fee and is unable to use her credit to get to where she's going.

Had i unexpected charge to my bank account
I have several unexplained and incorrect charge's to my bank account, so my bank put a hold on my card .2 5 dollar cancel fee dated the the same day as my trip an unexplained fee of 12.07$ and 2 more charge's that don't say $ amount.

My driver didn't show up
Call for a Lyft to go out and my driver didnt show up, call her multiples times no answer she didnt even get back to me and let me know whats going on and she cancel the ride without any reason. Her name is Maria shes driving a white Honda CRV 1CGL75

My ride did not show up and you charged me on my credit card anyway The second ride was 30 minutes late and you charged me double what you were supposed to charge me and Im angry I use Lyft almost every day and I dont appreciate being treated this way I want my money back!!!!
