Why lyft member cut the money

Woman had no car seat. she rides lyft every day, ,other drivers dont make her use carseats for kids.

It’s not a rideshare driver’s responsibility to have a car seat. It’s the so-called “mother” that has to have this equipment. That would be you.

I am unable to add a new Payment method. Keep getting the following error message. Something went wrong, sorry unable to process your request. Please verify the information and try again. If the issue persists contact Lyft support. However unable to contact Lyft support. There is a Tel# 24/7 support each time you call no one answers and you get cut off.

Was charge for canceling a ride when I didn’t

Was charged a cancellation free for no reason the driver left even the I came outside calling for him he kept driving. Not to mention he was only there for 2 minutes. Ive never missed a Lyft ride ever.

Terrible last ride

The driver took the longest route possible. I was not using turn signals and when I asked him why he was going this way he was an not following gps he got mad ran a red light to turn into 7/11 an made me get out. Very unprofessional
