New ReviewerI booked 3 days prior, received text saying to be ready @ 8:50am on morning of ride (on schedule) but then immediately received a second text saying a 2nd driver would be arriving in 26 minutes- which would make me late to the airport. When the 2nd driver arrived he had NO idea that another driver had confirmed my ride 3 days prior etc..
This driver was new to AVL & the app had him going a convoluted route to get to my home for p/u. Fortunately I have TSA precheck & had entered passport details for this international flight online I made it to the airport & thru in 45 minutes!!!
I could NOT get thru to LYFT via phone & it was quite frustrating in the moment. LYFT was absolutely NO help.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
