I try to take a Lyft but i decided to cancel it then I realized they took my money I just want refund how can I get my refund?

I called to add all my Lyft rides points to my Hilton honors account for me but still nothing was done to my account except those Lyft rides I just got I will would like them to be added please.

Hello I get an error message saying I can’t request a ride every time I try to get a Lyft. I’ve updated payment, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Please advise how to resolve.

I do not have a Lyft account and have never taken a ride from Lyft . But there is a $52 charge on my bank account . There is no phone number where I can speak with some one and I do not have the app on my phone.
