I have problem with my application

I applied to lyft two weeks ago . I haven't been approved yet. When I reapply and they ask for referral code and I put that and then when I submit the information it says something went wrong please try again later. This happens every time.

My charges for Saturday going to DEFY was $18 and some change. You took out of my account $38.51. Why when it clearly states $18 ., they take more than they are supposed to

Nobody came to pick us up so I missed my flight

Called a day before to set up a XL car for 4:30am. At 4:30am I stood outside with my bags and the driver Ken drove right past me without stopping and was gone and never returned. I have it on tape. It caused me to miss my flight international and cost me over 7 thousand dollars to rebook. See you in court!

Disgraceful. A refund of my new ticket for seven thousand dollars or the camera will show that your driver drove right past me without stopping. See you in court

I was supposed to be charged for one ride and then was charged for more than one ride...I love your services but if this don't get handled I'm a take my services else where...

I need to know why my license is not being accepted l. I have taken untitled pictures multiple times from many different angels and every time it comes back... not sure why

I asked for help dealing with an issue but he was directed to go on line and contact another department. I feel as if he could have given me a number to call.

Trouble with pick up. Message for me to pick up a Ryder but it was canceled. I didn't get paid for my services. This has happened twice this week. And I'm about to get aggravated as a driver.

User's recommendation: Agents should be knowledgeable to give driver at least an email address. Because, we as Lyft driver d needs a person instead.

My Lyft account is deactivated for no reason it’s been 2 weeks nobody has reached out to talk to me. I’m so upset right because I’m not able to drive Lyft I have no gas no money or anything I’m upset

Have been double over charged

I still never got to talk to a live person and it's been 3 days and I ever order those Lyft's and ca get my money back *** and no one even calls back . Customer needs to go back to customer training because you can't get a hold of a person like the *** computer so basically you're screwed

Lyft - Deactivated
I have been Lyft driver for almost 5 years and they just randomly deactivated for unknown reason, I only received an email which does not specify the reason for deactivation but assures that there is some kind of investigation going on which I think is complete bias. I have sent 3 emails but no response yet. Plus Im a platinum member and has 5 stars rating, I have no clue what this is about.

They charging my card when Im not on the app and they drivers will say they pick u up and havent and they still charge you
