Hello I ordered a Lyft ride on 04/02/24 & the total was $20.99. But today I got an email saying I need to pay the rest of the amount which I found strange because I already paid & the payment went through on my bank. I check the Lyft app & it says it dropped me off at a different location rather than the original which is also strange because it dropped me off at the right location I put on the Lyft app. Ive never been to the other location that the app says it drop me off. I want this to be resolved & have Lyft not charge my bank to an address I never went to, thank you.

Ordered ride. Received text message car was there.

No car present. The App showed the ride was in progress. Sent text driver that I was not in the car despite the ride taking place. No response.

Was charged $45 for a ride that never happened for me. Spoke with customer service rep with phone number offered by pissedconsumer website who assured me I would not be charged for the ride and got charged anyway. Had back and forth with email from Lyft who said to file a dispute with my credit card company if I had a problem with the charge-and did.

Lyft will not recognize that it is not humanly possible to go from the city of San Francisco to the SFO airport with a stop on the way in 10 minutes (it takes 20+ min). Clearly something is off with this ride and Lyft offers no help to the customer.

Hi!

I am writing to you to inform you that on March 1, 2024 at 7:43 p.m., Luis the driver canceled our trip by charging us the cancellation fees because we were supposedly not there, where we were supposed to be (arrivals gate 3 at miami airport).

We waited for the driver to arrive but he never showed up at arrivals gate 3. When the seconds countdown said he would be there in a few seconds, I received a message saying the trip had been canceled by the driver.

Moments later, I received an email saying I had to pay a cancellation fee because we weren't there. As I said, we were there and I never saw him or his car.

I then ordered another driver to gate 3 arrivals at Miami airport (we never moved from our location) and another driver (David) came to pick us up at 8:13 p.m. at gate 3 arrivals at miami airport.

Same place where I ordered the 1st Lyft.

Even though it's not a lot of money, I don't want to pay the cancellation fee because it wasn't my fault. The driver never showed up on site and he wants to make it our fault.

Have used Lyft now 6-9 times. I called them for pickup in New Milford Ct saw the price would be $43 for a 54 mile ride to Greenwhich Ct. The driver was outstanding and as we were driving I get a text message s my CC was charged $433. Surely I thought it was an error. Tried finding an operational telephone number, NOTHING. Email them two days ago and nothing. Not a peep from them. My CC bank will either credit the full amount back or at worst take the extra $400 off. Tipped Jose $4.

I have been completely robbed by Lyft I have had 10 different unauthorized charges all today of amounts that have completely whipped my account out and has stollen all of my hard earned money !!! I had scheduled a Lyft this morning for 8:00 The Driver Arrived Early In Which I had until 8:05 to go outside to the car I went outside at 7:55 the driver wasnt out there I called to see where she was she said she left because I didnt answer my phone so I didnt get charged for that my fair was like $25 for the schedule ride so after she canceled I had to get another Lyft which was $62 I think I was over charged and she didnt wait for me I was on time she canceled and I had to spend money I didnt have l dont think thats fair so I want a discount

Uber and Lyft always has the wrong address for pickup. My address is 4449 Edgemoor St, Orl, Fl, 32811.

They call and say that theyre here, but theyre not. I dont live at 4405 and when I look at the drivers location, it always says 4405. I dont live there. I live 4449.

The driver says he dont speak English but numbers are Universal All Over The WORLD. My neighbor who is Spanish spoke to the driver and she told him the info in Spanish and still he never came. Im pisted off because I have heart problems along with other disabilities that need immediate attention and its a must for me keep them ALL!!! So what needs to be done?

I need your full attention to correct this situation!!! PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU!!!

Telling someone you want to work for that you're into suing is stupid at best. Time to move on to something else or at least log a complaint on Lyft's site and not something that has NOTHING to do with Lyft. IF this was an intelligence test, you failed.
