I just tried to reactivate my account. Guys, I need your help. So that's the activation is not good, but, guys, I need to go back to road. So when the the account was deactivated, I don't have any experience about five stars and good comments.
So right now, I'm very good to drive with every company. So if, guys, you need reactivate my account. So I don't have any criminal report. I don't have any ticket.
I am so good to his customers, with everybody. Guys, give me one more chance, and we will see there on the road, please.

I have been on hold for 28hrs and still I can't have access to ordering for a Lyft, it has ruined my transport means after two years and six months of use,
Am surely disappointed because even the reason for suspension is not correct all my details are verified am above 18yrs so I still wonder how you came up with such allegations.

I am writing to complain. I had 2 brain surgeries, and I'm having to have radiation treatment at the UVA in Charlottesville, VA.
Your drivers either do not show up, or if they do, on 2 of my trips, I'm having to wait 8-10 hours for someone to pick me up from my radiation treatment. Lyft and Uber need not do medical rides, period. I used to be a NEMT driver; your drivers are not trained to handle patients! And you definitely don't make patients wait 8-10 hours after having surgery or a treatment.
I literally hate having them assigned as my driver.
I will call and complain every single time to MediDrive or Modivcare. If anything happens while in transit with these unprofessional drivers, I will sue your company!

Preferred solution: Don't ever transport me to any of my medical appointments. Your driver's are NOT qualified to handle medical issues! They already made me miss one of my radiation appointments. Then a 8-10 pick-up..

Please contact me regarding a charge thats against me a false accusation , I would like a phone call today you took my only real source of income and I an struggling to get with due to your false accusations I have many witnesses that can say I was Amazing driver and a reputable employee/ person I dont like to be falsely accused with no evidence I will take this further if I have to you have not shown me any proof and you have tainted my record to drive for another company , I will be seeking an attorney to help my wife and me with this matter , Im a 5.0 driver I have closed to 9000 rides , I wore and life my car for you and I want punitive damages for all this if you do not contact me with any sort of proof tell me talking to my attorney and I will be fighting for my rights the way you treat your drivers is not a good way to do customer service I do have connections on channel 5 news fox and I will be contacting them with my story either you call me or I will see you in court , I cant contact you , you have not told me what Im accused of and I will not be tested in this way this is deformation of character, wrongful termination,age discrimination, mistreatment before the holidays I have tons of witnesses that would say what ever supposedly did is hearsay so please contact me at

- - Raychelle was my airport driver; she departed before I boarded.
- - The trunk was blocked by a box; she questioned my carry-on and drove away.
I am writing to formally report an incident involving Lyft driver Raychelle. During my initial ride, I was assigned a Ford Fusion, but the driver departed before I could board.
I subsequently received a notification that Raychelle would be my new driver to the Birmingham airport.
Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, I was offered assistance by another Lyft driver, who was packed in front of Raychelle. However, due to a box already occupying the trunk, I was unable to fit my carry-on luggage and instead brought it with me to the back seat.
As soon as I sat down, Raychelle inquired about the cleanliness of my carry-on, expressing concern about potential dirt in her vehicle. I assured her that my luggage was clean, but was taken aback by the question, considering my decent appearance and the cleanliness of my carry-on.
Upon arriving at the airport, Raychelle instructed me to carefully lift my suitcases to avoid scratching her car.
As I retrieved my luggage, she stood by, watching, before rudely slamming her trunk and driving away. I am perplexed by Raychelle's behavior and would like to request that I not be matched with her again in the future.

Dear Lyft Safety and Compliance Team,
I am writing to respectfully request an individualized review of my recent background check decision. I understand that Lyft places a high priority on rider safety, and I fully support that mission.
I would like to provide additional context regarding the offenses listed on my report and explain why I believe I am still a suitable and safe candidate for the Lyft platform.
The convictions referenced in my background check stem from an incident in 2001, nearly twentyfive years ago, when I made the extremely poor decision to flee during a traffic stop. I reached high speeds and put others at risk. No one was harmed, but the situation was serious, and I took full responsibility in court. I apologized, accepted the consequences, and committed myself to never repeating anything like that again.
Since that time, I have lived a stable, lawabiding life with no further incidents of this nature.
I have matured significantly, and the person I was in 2001 is not the person I am today. I have decades of clean driving, steady employment, and a strong commitment to safety and responsibility.
I would also like to note that Uber reviewed the same information and approved me to drive on their platform, recognizing the age of the offense and my long record of rehabilitation. I have been driving for Uber without any safety issues, complaints, or violations. I take pride in providing safe, reliable service to passengers.
The offenses in question were trafficrelated, not violent, and occurred almost a quartercentury ago.
They do not reflect my current character, judgment, or driving behavior.
I respectfully ask that Lyft consider the full context, the time that has passed, my clean record since, and my proven performance as an active rideshare driver.
I am requesting a fair, individualized review of my application. I am confident that if evaluated on who I am today, I will meet Lyfts standards for safety and professionalism

I was dropped off at the wrong location due to a navigation glitch. The address for the drop-off is not what I put in.
I had to immediately order another ride to get to my destination. There is no tab for this in the app, and it has been extremely difficult to resolve this issue.

I am having a problem: I am unable to register a new account. I tried previously without success, but I now have a new driver's license.

I don't know if you all have a new person in accounting or not but you have my bank account in a damn big mess. you have charged my account for MY booked rides and added someone else's rides to my account.
What the *** is going on?? You have charged my account for 4/27 $45.45 which is not correct for two different rides ($21.54 shouldn't be charged to me and the $23.91 is the good charge). the first driver didn't even come to the pick-up place and then all of a sudden, a 2nd driver was dispatched. Then for 4/26, a charge $76.04, for 3 rides, and for 4/25 $66.89 for 3 rides, AND overcharged my account various amounts totaling $125.51.
I need you to stop those charges immediately.
Because of your mess up NOW my monies will be on hold by the bank for 2 darnm weeks. Give me a call as soon as you can so that this matter can be cleared up immediately.

Verified Reviewer |Lyft took my money, my grandson who had my phone and I didn’t call for a ride now they’re saying I fraud them but they gave me my money back. Call somebody a fraud is slander. That’s legal issues.
You put a block on my account and never gave me a reason why I have money on here and I would like to return to my account

Lyft and Uber do not provide skilled medical transportation, emergency or NEMT and do not advertise that they do. If Medidrive or Modivcare are implicitly stating or implying otherwise, that is an issue between you and them.
You need to stop taking your frustration out on these drivers just because it is the only face-to-face chance to air your concerns.
You are going to find yourself rated poorly by the drivers as DIFFICULT (if you haven’t been already) and end up with limited choices. OR increased wait times (which I’m guessing you already know).
I suspect that this person already has a low rider rating hence the 8-10 hour waits.
You better talk to your insurance because Lyft and Uber drivers do not have medical training. You are being provided transportation to your appointment. Period.
